I love the smell, kinda sweet, maybe fruity floral. I don’t know but I am just glad that it doesn’t smell like pure dirt. You do see the tiny specs of the herbs inside so the earthy natural stuff is in there but does not smell earthy, because I work in corporate office setting and can’t be walking around smelling like mud and grass. Other than that I like the texture and use it every couple days. I first use my leave-in conditioner to moisturize my hair then I apply the chebe grease to seal the moisture with the herbal grease and then I do cornrows or twists, put on my bonnet and go to bed. in the morning once time to unravel the braids/twists my hair is soft, not greasy (I don’t use a lot of grease because don’t want to waste it soaking into my pillows) and good to go. Hair did get stronger. growing well and not hair breakage has simmered down a lot. my focus was to find something natural, with real herbs that do the job and cannot stink(mandatory) .
